What is a Drone Survey?
We use drones to capture high-resolution aerial imagery of buildings and structures, allowing us to inspect roofs, elevations and other hard-to-reach areas safely from the ground.
Drone surveys allow us to assess visible defects, record building condition and gather clear photographic evidence without the need for scaffolding or other access equipment. The imagery we capture can then be reviewed in detail and used to support reports, maintenance planning or insurance documentation.
Benefits of drone surveys
-
Scaffold-free inspections
-
Safer alternative to working at height
-
Faster surveys with minimal disruption
-
Cost-effective compared with traditional access methods
-
High-resolution images for detailed review
-
Easy sharing of visual records for reporting and planning
Drone Roof Survey
We use drones to inspect roofs and other high-level elements without the need to physically access the roof. High-resolution imagery allows us to review roof coverings, chimneys, flashings and gutters safely from the ground and identify visible defects.
Drone roof surveys are suitable for maintenance inspections, investigating leaks or damage, and documenting roof condition for insurance or asset management purposes.
Benefits
-
No scaffolding or access equipment required
-
Safer inspections without working at height
-
Faster surveys with minimal disruption
-
Clear imagery to support condition reports and repair planning
Schedule of Condition Survey and Inspections
We use drones to support schedule of condition surveys by recording the external condition of buildings quickly and accurately.
High-resolution aerial imagery allows us to document roofs, elevations and other high-level elements, creating a clear visual record of the building’s condition at a specific point in time.
These surveys are often used for property portfolios, housing stock inspections, construction projects or lease documentation.
Benefits
-
Efficient inspections across multiple properties
-
Reduced time spent on site
-
Scaffold-free external inspections
-
Clear photographic evidence for reports
-
Minimal disruption to occupants
-
Reliable records for maintenance, disputes or insurance
